More Medals for U.S. in Today's Finals
Lisa VanOrden gets silver in 13-14 Girls Double Mini.
Nani Vercruyssen captured the gold medal in 15-16 Girls Trampoline.
Aaron Cook took silver in 13-14 Boys Double Mini.
Kiara Nowlin took the gold and Mackenzie Kulka bronze in 11-12 Girls Tumbling.
U.S. Adds Three to Finals at WAGC
McKenna Kurz and Lisa VanOrden placed fourth and fifth in Girls 13-14 Double Mini, while Kristin Waligora finished sixth in 17-18 Girls Tumbling, giving the U.S. a total of eight athletes in finals today. The World Age-Group Competition will conclude today.
Vercruyssen Heads to Finals
Nani Vercruyssen finished second in Girls 15-16 Trampoline and will compete in finals this evening. The afternoon preliminaries will include 13-14 Girls Double Mini, Tumbling for 11-12 Boy and 17-18 Girls and Synchro for 15-16 Boys and Girls.
U.S. Places Four in Finals From Morning Session
Aaron Cook and K.J. Heger became the first U.S. athletes of the day to make it to finals, placing fifth and sixth, respectively in Boys 13-14 Double Mini. Kiara Nowlin and Mackenzie Kulka finished prelims in first and second place to make the cut in 11-12 Girls Tumbling. Competition continues for the 15-16 Boys and Girls in Trampoline.

One More Gold for Team USA

U.S. Adds 5 Medals in First Two Round of Finals
Jeffrey Gluckstein took the silver medal in Boys 13-14 Trampoline, followed by Adam Bragg as the bronze medalist. K.J. Heger finished in fourth place to narrowly miss having a medal of his own. In Girls 13-14 Trampoline, Savannah Vinsant took the silver medal, while Tristan Van Natta also took silver in Girls 11-12 Double Mini. In 11-12 Boys Double Mini, Kelsen Onigama took the gold medal.
More Finalists for USA
As preliminaries conclude for today, the U.S. continues to do well, adding Synchro and Double Mini finalists. K.J. Heger and Adam Bragg finished in second place, with Jeffrey Gluckstein and Joshua Bednorz right behind in third in Boys 13-14 Synchro. Savannah Vinsant and Jane Truster made the cut in third place in Girls 13-14 Synchro, while Kristin Waligora finished fourth in 17-18 Girls Double Mini. Finals will take place at 6:30pm Eastern time. Savannah Vinsant finished fourth in Girls 13-14 Trampoline, while Ryan Walsh placed second and Jimmy Zielsdorf sixth in Boys 15-16 Double Mini in prelims. This afternoon's competition will feature 11-12 Boys Double Mini, 17-18 Girls Double Mini, 15-16 Boys Tumbling and Synchro for 13-14 Boys and Girls.
Three in Finals for Trampoline
Jeffrey Gluckstein, Adam Bragg and K.J. Heger placed second, third and sixth in 13-14 Boys Trampoline to advance to finals. For the World Age-Group Competition, there is no limit to the number per country in finals.
Tumbling, Double Mini Advance to Finals
Tristan Van Natta finished in first in 11-12 Girls Double Mini and Elizabeth Flint finished in sixth place in 15-16 Girls Tumbling in prelims to advance to finals this evening. Competition continues in 13-14 Girls and Boys Trampoline and 15-16 Boys Double Mini.

U.S. Takes Four More Medals in Second Round
Nani Vercruyssen and Maurice Dunker added two more gold, while Aaron Cook and Sarah Gandy provided two bronze in the second round of finals at the World Age-Group Competition. Vercruyssen and Gandy medaled in 15-16 Girls Double Mini, with Dunker and Cook medaling in 13-14 Boys Tumbling.
Two Medals for U.S. in First Round
Shaylee Dunavin became the first U.S. athlete to win a gold medal in the World Age-Group Competition, finishing first in 11-12 Girls Trampoline with a score of 33.30. In 15-16 Boys Double Mini, Spencer Dupio added a bronze medal.
More Finalists for the U.S.
Their performance in the afternoon session gave eight more U.S. athletes a chance to compete in finals today. In Boys 13-14 Tumbling, Maurice Dunker and Aaron Cook are in second and fifth place, respectively. Nani Vercruyssen is in first and Sarah Gandy in fifth in Girls 15-16 Double Mini, while Kelsen Onigama and Matthew Pettus qualified in 11-12 Boys Synchro in third place. Making the cut in Girls 11-12 Synchro are Megan Alders and Carly Eubanks, who stand in fifth place.

In the morning session, three U.S. athletes placed in the top six and will advance to finals. Shaylee Dunavin finished prelims in first place in 11-12 Girls Trampoline, Kelsen Onigama, sixth in 11-12 Boys Trampoline and Spencer Dupio, sixth in 15-16 Boys Double Mini. Other results will be posted later today.
