1. All dates for courses in the Fall 2004 should be sent to Nadine as soon as they are known so that all dates are posted on the USA Gymnastics website.
2. The Expert FIG course will be held in late November 2004. It was recommended that a conference call be held soon after in order to distribute new information to the RTC. This will facilitate any last minute changes that may need to be made to the existing JO program.
3. All judges will need to re-certify in the new 2006-2010 cycle of courses as the program will have changed significantly. Exams will need to be written and courses developed in the summer 2005.
V. Level 9/10 Score Forms
1. Score sheets are still being submitted incorrectly. Please educate the coaches in your respective regions. It is important for the athletes that the forms come to the judges table completed correctly. Remember that the score sheets that are incorrect will receive a deduction. It is recommended that each region have an education seminar regarding the forms and completion.
Concern: Level 9/10 score sheets returned to the coaches after competitions.
General discussion regarding the benefits and disadvantages of the score sheets being returned to the coaches. It was decided that the score sheets are and educational tool that is of great benefit to the athlete, therefore the score sheets will be returned. Please note, the sheets are meant as an education and informational tool not a means to harass the judges. Judges should not be threatened by the coaches for their scores but rather able to justify their score.
VI. Level 8 Score Forms
1. The level 8 score form is to be used at all competitions in the 2004/2005 season and forward. It was suggested that the form be made in a landscape format.
Action: Nadine to ask Tonya to change the orientation of the form and distribute to the RTC for approval/suggestion.

All judges logs are to be turned in to the RTC Regional Chair by October 2004. A master list of the region is to be completed and sent to Tonya by December 2004. Please keep regional records up to date.
