Meeting called to order at 9:30 a.m. MST by Chair Marc Yancey.

II. MPC Committee Structure and By-laws Review

Yancey opened the meeting by introducing Bob Colarossi, USA Gymnastics President. Colarossi spoke to issues concerning revisions to the by-laws and the MPC structure. Explanations were given about the reasons for doing this review. Colarossi also addressed ideas and issues that pertain to the beginning work on our long-term strategic plan. The committee then discussed the current structure of the MPC. Everyone felt comfortable with the size and representation of the MPC in its present form.

Motion to leave the MPC structure in its current form.
