II. Review of MPC Structure/Responsibilities

Ron Galimore began the discussion with the purpose of reviewing the USAG Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Special and Standing Committees that are part of USA Gymnastics. Consideration must be given to our present structure as pertains to size, athlete representation compliance percentages, cost of operation, decision making efficiency, representation of the community's interests and the committee's responsibilities to follow the objectives of the USA President and the Board of Directors. Changes to the Bylaws were reviewed.

Motion to approve changes to the wording of the Bylaws with the addition to section IV... "Olympic Games... and recommend individuals to F.I.G. positions."
