YOUR COVERAGE.There are three plans: Major Medical (Traditional), Preferred Provider Option (PPO), Medical Savings Account (MSA).
1. Major Medical (Traditional)
This Plan is ideal when you're looking for "freedom of choice" in your health care coverage. It provides a broad range of coverage for all facets of health care for you and your family, with no demands for selected physicians or certain health care facilities.And, this Plan has been designed with a choice of higher deductibles which translates into lower premiums—definite savings for you.
2. Preferred Provider Option (PPO)
With the Preferred Provider Option (PPO), you'll receive a list of medical providers and facilities to select from when you require health care.Each has been thoroughly screened to be sure you'll receive a high standard of medical care.
This Plan provides a broad range of coverage for hospital room and board, physician and surgeon's fees, lab services and much more.
3. Medical Savings Account (MSA)
The newest choice in health coverage for the self-employed. Medical Savings Accounts allow you to build up a tax-free savings account to pay for routine medical expenses.You build the account with tax-free dollars and they remain tax-free while your MSA is active. Your MSA combines with a high deductible insurance policy.
With the high deductible insurance plan, the cost of an MSA can be kept competitively low. Tax-free dollars and a low price save you money.
