III. World Championships Selection Procedures
The World Championships Selection Procedures were approved by the USA Gymnastics Executive Committee. A copy was included in information sent to all National Championships athletes and the procedures will be printed in the magazine. All Senior National Team Members and their coaches will be invited to attend.

IV. 1997-1998 Athlete Funding Grant
The athlete funding proposal for 1997-1998 was approved by USA Gymnastics and will implemented immediately following the 1997 National Championships. The success of the grant format will be reviewed at the end of one year.
V. World Championships Training Camp
A training camp has been approved at the OTC in Lake Placid for the World Championships Team, October 13-16. This will be immediately before departure for the World Championships.
VI. 2000 Olympic Games
Schmid announced that positions have been approved for twenty-eight individuals and ten groups at the 2000 Olympic Games.
