Hall of Fame Nomination Procedures and Form The former Helms Hall of Fame and USA Gymnastics have combined efforts into one National Hall of Fame for gymnastics. Individuals may be nominated for the consideration of the selection committee in any of three categories: athlete, coach, or contributor. The person submitting the name of the nominee for consideration should read the accompanying criteria and seek to obtain all pertinent information from the individual or the individual’s family to accompany the nomination. Please submit a typed set of information for each person nominated, including the appropriate category for the nominee.
