Peszek, the oldest daughter of Ed and Luan Peszek, has one sister, Jessica, a Level 9 gymnast. Peszek is a high
honor roll student and was a member of the TOPs National Team. Her parents were athletes at the University of
Illinois: her mom, a gymnast; her dad, a wrestler and a hockey player. Peszek was named the 2007 TOPs Athlete
of the Year
How did you get involved in gymnastics?: My mom enrolled me in gymnastics when I was young.
Favorite thing about gymnastics: My favorite thing about gymnastics is traveling to all the different competitions
and competing with athletes from other countries.

Goals: I want to make the U.S. Olympic Team, and go to college and compete in gymnastics.
