Personal Info
Estrada placed first in the 2008 Olympic Games trampoline selection final rankings with 77 points to earn his first
trip to the Olympic Games. He finished 24th in men’s trampoline at the 2007 World Championships in November,
which ultimately resulted in the USA’s qualifying for the men’s 16th and final spot.
Estrada claimed his fourth straight U.S. trampoline title at the 2008 Visa Championships. He is the son of Manuel
and Corina Estrada. He has an older brother, Eric, and a younger brother, Daniel.
How did you get involved?: I was very shy when I was a kid, so my parents decided to put me in a sport outside
of school. That was the only thing there was in the small town I grew up in.
Favorite thing about gymnastics: My favorite thing about gymnastics is that I get to travel and meet people from
all over.
