Online Safety Course Instructions - To Begin Course Follow these directions once you have registered for the course. DIRECTIONS: You have 30 days to complete the online course from the date of registration. If you do not complete the online course within 30 days, you MUST re-register (and pay again) to receive certification. You will need a decent Internet connection. If you experience technical problems, technical support is available through the helpdesk within the course. Once you access the course, you will be able to download the course book. You will be able to download and/or view the course book as a PDF file in a separate window in your browser while taking the course. If you prefer, you may purchase a bound copy in advance of taking the course. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of your book when ordering from our ONLINE STORE. This course includes a test. You will be given one opportunity to retake the test to obtain a successful score. If you do not pass the second test, you MUST re-register and pay again to receive certification. Once you have passed the course, you will immediately be able to print your certificate.  You must print your certificate within your 30 day time period.
