Offerings & Registration. Click on the
course title to get more detailed information on the
course including course schedules and registration information.
Follow the registration information for the respective
course.
Q: Do I need to be a member of USA Gymnastics to
take educational courses?
A: Only members may take online courses offered
through USA Gymnastics University. Many of the live
courses allow registrations from both members and non-members.
Membership requirements are included with the registration
information (see previous question).
Q: Once I have registered for an online course,
where do I log in for my course?
A: Click here
or click the "Course Login" link on the Course
Offerings page.
Q: Do I need a username and password to register
for an online course?
A: To register for an online course, you will
need a username and password. All members of USA Gymnastics
should have a username and password. Your username is
your member number and your password is your 8-digit
date of birth (MMDDYYYY). Once you have registered for
an online course, you will also need your username and
password to log into the course.
Q: Do I need a username and password to register
for a live course?
A: To register for a live course, you can either
register online or by mailing/faxing a paper registration
form. In order to use the online registration you will
need a username and password. Your username is your
USA Gymnastics member number and your password is your
8-digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY). Save $5 on your course
registration by registering online.
To register by mailing or faxing a paper registration
form, it is important to include your member number
if you are a current USA Gymnastics member. This will
ensure the discounted member rate for the course fee
is applied. Non-members may register for live courses
using a paper registration form. You may also apply
for membership along with your course registration.
Q: What should I do if I have lost or forgotten
my username and password?
A: Your username is your USA Gymnastics member
number and your password is your 8-digit date of birth
(MMDDYYYY). If you do not know your member number, contact
Member Services at 1-800-345-4719 for this information.
Q: What should I do if I cannot register using my
username and password?
A: Be sure that you are typing your username
and password exactly as it was issued. If your USA Gymnastics
membership has expired, you will not be able to use
the online registration for live or online courses.
Contact Member Services at 1-800-345-4719 for additional
assistance.
Q: What should I do if I have already registered
but cannot access an online course using my username
and password?
A: First, be sure that you are typing your username
and password exactly as it was issued. Second, check
the expiration date of the course. You have 30 days
from the date of registration to access the online course.
After course expiration, you will be able to log into
the online learning center, but you will not be able
to view the course content. There will be a message
displayed letting you know that your course registration
has expired. If you wish to access the course after
expiration, you must re-register and pay for the course.
If you are having other difficulties with your login,
contact Member Services at 1-800-345-4719 for additional
assistance.
Q: Can someone else use the username and password
that I was assigned?
A: Usernames and passwords are nontransferable.
The registered participant is the only individual authorized
to obtain certification with the assigned username and
password.
Q: When are the registration deadlines for live
courses?
A: Mailed or faxed registrations must be received
at least 2 weeks prior to the course date. Online registrations
must be completed at least 1 week prior to the course
date. Late registrations and onsite registrations will
be charged a $25 late fee. Late and onsite registrants
are not guaranteed a spot in the course. Pre-registration
is recommended to guarantee your spot in the course.
Q: Can I register onsite for a live course?
A: Onsite registrations are accepted for most
live courses. A $25 onsite registration fee will apply,
in addition to the course fee. Space in the course may
be limited. Course materials may not be available onsite,
but will be mailed following the course. Pre-registration
is recommended to guarantee your spot in the course.
Q: How can I pay for my course?

registration is complete, individuals immediately have
access to the online course and therefore no refunds
will be processed.
If an individual is unable to attend a live course,
refunds can be requested prior to the course or within
30 days following the course using the Course
Cancellation and Refund Form. A cancellation/processing
fee of 25% of the course fee will apply. Memberships
are non-refundable, only course registration fees will
be refunded.
Q: Can I change the course I am registered for?

the Transfer
Course Form to USA Gymnastics to request
a course transfer.
For the Safety/Risk Management course, transfers may
also be made from a live course to the online course
and $5 processing fee will apply. Individuals should
register and pay for the online course first, then submit
to USA Gymnastics the Course
Cancellation and Refund Form, which will
cancel the registration in the live course and allow
us to process your refund.
Transfers to a different type of course are not permitted
(i.e. from Safety/Risk Management to Preschool Fundamentals).
Also, course registrations are the property of the individual
and cannot be transferred to another person.
Q: What happens if the course I am registered for
is cancelled?
A: USA Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel

Individuals will be asked to contact Member Services
to make the appropriate changes.

course. Can I take the online course instead?
A: Yes, it is possible to transfer your registration

apply to the refund.
Q: Can I register for more than one course?
A: Yes. Each course registration is a separate
transaction.
