and a professional, junior professional,
instructor, athlete, or foreign instructor member in order to take these
online courses. Online course fees are nonrefundable and cannot
be transferred to another individual. It is highly recommended
for the courses to be taken in order for maximum effectiveness! |

Level 1 Course: [Level 1
Course Outline]
This introductory course covers valuable information including the
scope and major components of our industry (instruction, education and child
care, and entertainment!), an overview of the "Magic 8" business success components
(overall management, marketing, people management, information management,
financial systems, facilities management, risk management, and inspiration),
how program managers fit into the system, and personal organization and effectiveness.
The Level 1 course provides a great foundation for training current or prospective
Program Managers.
This course satisfies USA Gymnastics University Level 1 Certification within
the Business College and can be used as an elective or continuing education
credit for all other colleges. The course will take approximately 2 hours
to complete. At the end of the course, participants will be required to take
an exam. Users must pass the exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number
of tries to pass the exam. The cost for the course is $39. Following completion
of the online course and exam, the user may access and print their course
completion certificate from the online course.
Level 2 Course: [Level
2 Course Outline]
This intermediate course continues to explore the seven major business systems
(overall management, marketing, people management, information management,
financial systems, facilities management, risk management) and their important
interaction. The course concludes with information and tips on communication,
personal organization and effectiveness. This course is especially helpful
for more experienced Program Managers, new Program Directors, new Owners,
Owners in the Growth Phase, or those who are considering purchasing or starting
a business.
This course satisfies USA Gymnastics University Level 2 Certification within
the Business College and can be used as an elective or continuing education
credit for all other colleges. The course will take approximately 4 hours
to complete. At the end of the course, participants will be required to take
an exam. Users must pass the exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number
of tries to pass the exam. The cost for the course is $39. Following completion
of the online course and exam, the
user may access and print their course completion certificate from the online
course.
Level 3 - Leadership Toolkit
Course: [Leadership
Toolkit Course Outline]
This introductory leadership course is the first in a series of two leadership
courses and great preparation for the Levels 4 and 5 advanced courses. Included
in this course is information on important leadership characteristics, optimal
energy and performance for leaders, greater personal organization and effectiveness,
and ways to thrive in a competitive environment.
This course satisfies USA Gymnastics University Level 3 Certification within
the Business College and can be used as an elective or continuing education
credit for all other colleges. The course will take approximately 3 hours
to complete. At the end of the course, participants will be required to take
an exam. Users must pass the exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number
of tries to pass the exam. The cost for the course is $39. Following completion
of the online course and exam, the
user may access and print their course completion certificate from the online
course.
Level
4 Course: [Level 4
Course Outline]
This course is the "next step" for experienced Program Directors, General
Managers or Expansion Phase Owners. This advanced course continues to focus
on the seven key business systems, providing even greater detail and education.
Topics include business systems and strategies, internal and external marketing,
hiring, employment handbooks, position descriptions, evaluations and more
in the area of people management, company information files and databases,
pricing strategies, space allocation and productivity, and security and emergency
planning.
This course satisfies USA Gymnastics University Level 4 Certification within
the Business College and can be used as an elective or continuing education
credit for all other colleges. The course will take approximately 4-5 hours
to complete. At the end of the course, participants will be required to take
an exam. Users must pass the exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number
of tries to pass the exam. The cost for the course is $39. Following completion
of the online course and exam, the
user may access and print their course completion certificate from the online
course.
Level 5 - Course: [Level 5
Course Outline]
This advanced course is designed for very experienced Program Directors, General
Managers or Owners who are seeking cutting-edge knowledge. For those who want
a "turn-key" operation to build the maximum value into their programs or overall
company. Key topics, within the seven business systems, include building business
value, strategies and leadership, continued marketing discussions, intellectual
property, website, more in the area of people management - compensation, payroll,
professional development, enhanced customer service, office duties, billing
and collections, financial management systems, energy audit, leasing guidelines,
future space planning, insurance coverage, business contingency planning,
and ownership tools.
This course, together with the Level 6 course, satisfies USA Gymnastics
University Level 5 Certification within the Business College and can be
used as an elective or continuing education credit for all other colleges.
The course will take approximately 4-5 hours to complete. At the end of the
course, participants will be required to take an exam. Users must pass the
exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number of tries to pass the exam.

Level 6 - Advanced Leadership Toolkit

This is the second in a series of two levels of Leadership Training Courses
and a great opportunity for those who have completed the Level 4 and 5 Accelerator
and Diploma Courses and aspire to the top levels of leadership. Also very
helpful for those who are preparing their staff for eventual ownership transition.
This course, together with the Level 5 course, satisfies USA Gymnastics
University Level 5 Certification within the Business College and can be
used as an elective or continuing education credit for all other colleges.
The course will take approximately 3 hours to complete. At the end of the
course, participants will be required to take an exam. Users must pass the
exam at 75% or better and have an unlimited number of tries to pass the exam.
The cost for the course is $39. Following completion of the online course
and exam, the user may access and print
their course completion certificate from the online course.
