Reporting to the OSU Women's Gymnastics Head Coach and the Athletic Director, the Head Coach-OSGA will serve as the Gymnastics Head Coach for the OSGA competitive girls gymnastics program. The Head Coach will provide a competitive gymnastics program for girls (ages 4-18) focused on providing a safe, effective, positive and successful program. The Head Coach will collaborate with the OSGA Coordinator regarding OSGA administrative tasks as assigned by OSU Women’s Gymnastics Coach, including but not limited to: budget, scheduling, employment of OSGA staff, OSGA coaching staff professional development, daily practice schedule and preparation, coaching staff assignments, review and evaluations, and communication with parents of program athletes.
