Assistant Men's Gymnastic Coach

Reports to the Head Men's Gymnastics Coach. Assist with the management of a Division I program in compliance with NCAA, Big Ten Conference and University rules, regulations, and policies. Recruit and participate in the selection of prospective student athletes, train team members individually or in a group, recommend practice plans and competition strategies to Head Coach. Assist in the monitoring of academic progress, selection and distribution of equipment, team travel and other assigned duties.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, experience as a student-athlete at the Division I level or equivalent, collegiate coaching experience or Jr. National team coaching or the equivalent, strong organizational, computer, verbal and written communication skills.

Optional Floor/Beam Coach: Coach must have experience and knowledge of technical development and routine composition for women's levels 7-10. Coach will be responsible for working with other staff and help in preparing workout plans, meet schedules, and overall development of program. Also will work with our TOPS conditioning group.

Compulsory Level 4-6 Team Coach: Must have experience and complete knowledge of all routines for USAG Levels 4-6. We need either a Vault/Bar coach or Floor/Beam Coach.
