Biography
Hong was a replacement athlete on the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team. She was a member of the 2007 World Championships Team that won the team gold medal and was named the U.S. Olympic Committee's Team of the Year for 2007.

Hong is the daughter of Mike and Michelle. She was born in Worcester, Mass., and has three siblings: Isabelle, Isadora and Preston. She is currently living with her mom and two younger siblings in Allen, TX while her older sister is attending college in California as an Architecture major. She says her role models are her grandma, Carly Patterson, and Courtney McCool.

How did you get involved?: When I was 5, my mom wanted to sign me up for some form of exercise, but we were turned away unless my mom would take the class with me. Luckily she insisted that they let me try. The rest is history.
Favorite Gymnastics Thing: Traveling the world and being looked up to as a role model and an inspiration for others.
